Re: [LockItUp] New SL Sista needs Help
What worked best for me was the Tea Tree oil in Aloe Vera juice. I tried
Tea Tree oil in water and it just didn't do the job.
Aloe Vera juice is a good soother of skin ailments and Tea Tree oil has
anti-bacterial properties. I hope this helps you out!

Luvi,
Before you use any of the things that I am going to recommend, talk to your
consultant about the problem & see what she recommends. A lot of times,
different consultants have found certain remedies that work that don't
disturb the locking process, so your first step should be to check w/ her.
Now, aside from the ACV, I have tried the Indigo Hair Rinse available through
carolsdaughter.com. I have only used it a few times, but I noticed that when
I don't use it, my scalp gets real flaky. Also, Sandy & I think it was
Missy, really like ebene's scalp therapy. They have a website too, so you may
want to check their site out as well. I know that many claim that eventually
your scalp will settle down, but I have had dry scalp/dandruff & I have found
that I have to use something in my hair b/c it still itches. I also try to
shampoo once a week, but can't go past 10 days at the most. Hope this helps
Luvi.
