Tried calling you this morning but you weren't in. Since you are in

I have been reading the posts, looking at the pictures, and contacted the
office.
I met two consultants on Sunday at a sort of flea market and one has been
doing SLs
for a while and quoted me $495, but I think I might have to pay extra
because I have
7-8 inches of hair maybe a little more- plus she is booked until July. The
other has
had the training recently but is not yet certified. The home office says
she is good,
so I am going to try her because she is cheaper and not booked up to July.
Pray for
me, because I still have some fears: 1) I don't want them to be too small
that they look
stringy and 2) I don't want them to ever look dry and crusty.
I'll let you know what happens after my consultation.
-Amina
P.S. Can anyone tell me on average how many hours 8 inches of hair might
take?
Thanks Sandy.
I am limping over here, but I will use this computer until it dies!
It takes an incredible amount of time to do anything.

Thanks Kim,
I looked over the Homecoming Registration Packet and I'm definitely planning
to take that styling class. Yes, I'm so glad that Marilyn is taking the
Sisterlocks class. She's been natural for I don't know how long, she wears
her hear in a Natural, it's big and beautiful, little ringlets. I wanted to
wear my hair like that! She was the one that helped me to realize that I
was ready to lock my hair. She, on the other hand, also knows that she's
not ready to lock. Like I said before, I just love her energy and if it's
one thing that I've learned, you can not have anybody in your head/hair!
I'm looking forward to meeting as many of you as I can at the Homecoming in
San Diego!
CC
Hello everyone
I'm still around although I haven't actually written to the message
board in a while, I think since I came back from my training in San
Diego at least, but I have been following the posts and it's been
really interesting.
Congratulations to all the sisters who have locked up
since.
I'm writing now because of the little debate a few weeks back about
the locking pattern Kaylois here in London was querying. (see posts
below).
I've since been in touch with Dr JoAnne Cornwell and she says the
"Reverse 3" pattern does NOT exist.
Someone else here on the board mentioned that it could have been that
the Miami consultant who locked Kaylois' hair used the incorrect
terminology, and what she may have meant to say was the "double 3".
Who knows!
Hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
Best wishes to everyone.

consultations. If I'm wrong about this, Sigrid.. Kim... anybody... please
correct me.Maybe the consultants here can tell us about the two videos.
I always show the "Come Home To Sisterlocks" video during my
consultations, but I begin with the consultation portfolio. The
bundling process (braiding and banding) is explained at that time. In
the video, Dr. Cornwell demonstrates how simple it is to wash
Sisterlocks because many people assume that it must be difficult. I'm
sure you've all heard the question, "how do you wash it?" Anyhow, Dr.
Cornwell mentions that there is a process that you'll have to do in the
early stages of Sisterlocks, but she doesn't actually demonstrate it in
that video. I haven't see the "That Hair Thing" video (yes, there's a
video, as well as a book) in a long time so I don't know if they
demonstrate it there.
It is recommended to consultants that they show the video, but it is
not required. Only the consultation portfolio is required.
This sounds like what I have been hearing. So far I found a 3 Visit Package
for $495 but that sister is booked for a while.

for something new, another alternative, something that will require a minimum
fuss! I'm going to do a consultation on Friday. I just called the home office
and ordered more starter kits and more Sisterlocks starter shampoo. I'm too
excited. Moreover, I went in to see my beautician, whom I haven't seen since
January,so she could see my locks. Guess what, she's going for training to be a
Sisterlocks consultant!!
CC,
That is all wonderful news! I hope you get those three women locked up.
It's great that you're able to see your beautician. I haven't seen my
beautician in over two years. She is a very friendly person and I miss
her. I've wanted to see her but haven't because I'm not sure of what
she'll say. She's the same one who told me I was going through post
partum depression when I said I wanted locks after my daughter was
born. She wasn't being mean. She said it sympathetically. Keep in mind,
she's the queen of perms. Six to seven women will sit several hours
waiting their turn for her to do their hair. I finally got up enough
nerve to stop in six months ago, and she wasn't in. Oh well...anyhow,
congratulations to you. You've got your beautician back, once she takes
the sisterlocks class. I wish my beautician would take the class
because I would love for her to style my hair. Sistergirl styles so
well, her clients' photos are featured in magazines. That reminds me;
there will be a styling class offered at the Homecoming. I'll have to
take that class so that I can hook up my clients, and me too.
I always correct people, whether they say I have dreads, twists, or
microbraids. I proudly say I'm wearing Sisterlocks. If they want more
information, I explain. I really don't mind. I love my hair so much, I
don't mind talking about it.

have to shampoo them and is there a such thing as wetting them to
often? I am asking because I am Muslim and there are certain times
when I have to make sure water gets to my scalp or else I cannot make
my prayers.
Amina, I shampoo my SL's only the night before I get them
retightened, but I "wet" them every day with a spritz of water/tea
tree oil... they seem to like this regimen. I have some friends who
are Muslim and they keep their hair covered. Will you have to keep
your hair covered or only during prayers? (just curious)
It is not true that you cannot maintain your own SL's. After about
six months, you can take a class to learn how to retighten your own
locks. Since I'm a sort of "klutz" with my hair, I'll be depending
on someone else to maintain my hair. :-)
The cost of my Sisterlocks package was $500, which included a
consultation, Sisterlock session with styling, starter kit, and first
retightening. I think the cost is definitely worth it; I'm very
pleased and satisfied with my investment!
Jennifer

(5-7 in.) & it took me over 2 days to get it done! I guess it's b/c
my consultant is still new, so she isn't as fast. I just hope the
retightenings aren't that long, I will see in about 2 weeks,
I think I mentioned already that my fast, efficient, kind-hearted
consultant is no longer doing the SL's, so I had another person do my
second re-tightening. It took her about 4 hours (even with the help
of a certified trainer) because I think I was her first customer.
[sigh] I just hope she gets faster by the time I go again in June.
But, she did a superb job, and I like her personality a lot. My
consultant charges by the hour (but they only charged me for two-
hours worth since she was new), so taking longer than two hours is
not going to work for me. :-)

I wet my Sisterlocks every single day. They *love* it.
There's no set schedule for washing your hair with Sisterlocks. You wash
it when you want to. The only restrictions are in the beginning when
you're first starting your Sisterlocks journey. And those restrictions are
on "how" you wash your hair, not "how often".
You can wet your hair every day if you want... not a problem.
They cost (and they're worth every dime), but yes you can maintain them
yourself. I have a message that Sigrid posted to our group that explains
the pricing. If one of the consultants hasn't answered this question by
the time I get to my computer at home after work, I'll post it for you.
Be sure to meet with more than one consultant. Look in our files area in

Sorry ladies. I've tried to post photos from the mag but have not
been successful.
As I've stated in earlier post it features SL that look very much
like traditional dreads to the thin micros like Monica Geary. It also
features very dense hair types to thin, extremely kinky to wavy. The
models are wearing their hair Eurocentrically styled to freestyle
locks. There are also 2 kinky headed girls.
If some one has a copy of this issue of Black Hairstyles Summer 2000
perhaps they could post. This is an excellent issue because it shows
different hair types and the different looks of SL. It would also
answer questions about lock sizes and probably put to rest some of
the fears as to what SL is suppose to look like.
Deb
Thanks, I'll be doing updates to the site after the Hair Day.
D-
Peace and Blessings all. I was wondering if one of the consultants or
anyone in the group could tell me how often you have to shampoo them and is
there a such thing as wetting them to often? I am asking because I am
Muslim
and there are certain times when I have to make sure water gets to my scalp
or else I cannot make my prayers. (Are their any Sisterlocked Muslims in
the
this group?)
Second can anyone tell me about how much they cost (or is that a don't ask
don't tell question). I have heard they are very high maintenance and you
cannot
maintain them yourself. I am asking because I am a college student on a
tight
budget and need to plan a head- I called a consultant and left a message so
I have not gotten a chance to ask her yet.
Thanks every one for all your info. you are really wonderful,

HappynNappy@...
Hi Amina,
I've been considering sisterlocks for the past year. For me, the
benefits of sisterlocks are the uniforminty, not having to twist, and
the size of the locks. The benefits of traditional locks are that
they are easier to maintain yourself and you don't have the expensive
start-up cost. I want to be able to wear my locs for years without
the heaviness and matted look that a lot of traditional lock wearers
experience with time. I have a friend who has been sisterlocked
(small & medium size)for 4 years and her hair is still very soft,
very light and definitely not matted-looking. The difference in the
long-term look of the two different options is the main reason that I
decided to go with Sisterlocks.
*******************
Oh yes i had that and I looked at the person like what
do u mean....Do you believe AA cannot have hair that
hits their shoulders w/out it being a weave???

Wow Amber!! You have the largest afro puff I have ever seen - lol.
You and your hair are beautiful!. When do you plan to move to a
larger city? I agree with Sandy, 3 hrs. would be a bit much for me
but the question is, is it worth it to you? Keep
us posted on your decision.....
I have 2 problems with my Sisterlocks: 1) I can't keep my hands out of my
hair; and 2) I wish I had done it a looooong time ago. <g
They are different in the technique used to start and maintaing them (no
coiling or twisting), and in the size of the locks. Sisterlocks are
generally smaller than traditional locks.
Welcome to the group, Amina! Feel free to ask any and all questions you
may have. The only time I've heard of anyone being dissatisfied or unhappy
with Sisterlocks at all was because they didn't do their homework ahead of
time and weren't fully informed.

Yes. It'll just take longer to do because there's more hair... and it'll
cost more initially.
Not being familiar with Andre's hair-typing system, I can't answer that
one. It's all relative anyway... depending on hair type, following
directions correctly, and how well it's cared for.
At first, yes. As the hair matures and you continue to go back for
retightenings, there's a difference. The hair at the ends has been locked
longer, so it'll be different -- usually thicker. The hair at the root is
newly locked and the locks will be thinner there until it matures.
That's a hard one. I think it depends on the person. Keep in mind that
it's not just one trip that we're talking about. You have to go back in a
few weeks for the follow-up, and then every 6 to 8 weeks after that for
retightenings... until you take the retightening class and can do it
yourself (if you decide to go that route). So we're talking about maybe
taking that trip every 6 to 8 weeks.
Personally I wouldn't do it. My son is in jail 3 hours away, and I've
visited him once in the 2 years he's been there. I really hate driving. :-)
I always meant to take a picture of my hair braided and banded for washing,
but I forgot. I'll do that next time I wash it and I'll add it to my website.

I appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you.

Congrats on your decision to get Sisterlocks... you won't be sorry,
either. I know what you mean about your styling options. I cut all
my permed, dyed, shoulder-length hair off three years ago and started
anew. I couldn't even tell you what color or texture my natural,
nappy hair was. Anyway, after wearing braids, extensions, twists,
etc., my hair was getting too long to deal with for me (I had about
5-6 inches of natural hair). But, I still waited over a year and got
lots of information from everyone in this group before I finally got
my SL's done. You'll be amazed how wonderful your feels and how
different yours will look from anyone else's. Mine are small all
over, but my consultant tells me they will thicken to a size just
slightly smaller than a number 2 pencil when they mature. I can't
wait for that! :-)

Wow, Devon... congratulations! Even though your hair has not locked
on the top, you can still use other products besides the starter
shampoo and not braid/band?
I think the only reason I haven't "cheated" yet is because I tend to
not shampoo my hair except the day before my retightenings. I wait
as long as possible because it takes me soooo long to braid/band.
Anyway, hopefully by the end of summer I, too, can use some other
products besides the starter shampoo.

Thanks for the birthday wish. Did you do anything special??
Devon
I think I understand what you mean. Sometimes I wish I had waited and
given myself a chance to get to know my hair. I went straight from the
perm to Sisterlocks... so I really still don't know what a headful of my
own nappy loose hair feels like. But I don't regret it. I probably would
have had the same experience as you and ended up not being able to do
anything with it.
I saw a lot of Sisterlocks last weekend at the Conference... in various
sizes. I didn't see any that I would consider "large". I think most were
medium and a few were small.
It's my understanding (I'd like to hear from the consultants on this) that
Brotherlocks are done in the large size.
You're welcome, Val!! I'm glad you've joined us. Feel free to ask any
questions you may have, and also give suggestions or share your experiences.

SL - 9 months
Hi,
I've been lurking for quite a while but I'm stepping out of lurk mode
because I've finally decided to get sisterlocks. I've been natural
for a year, wearing such styles as the twist-out, braid-out and most
often.....the afropuff. I've thought about locking on and off and in
fact, had the Sisterlocks consultation last summer but my hair
was too short at the time. I'm actually glad that I did not get my
locks at that time because I needed the experience that this past
year has afforded. Recently, I've become pretty discouraged because
as my hair grows and thickens, my styling options are decreasing. I
had assumed that my options would increase with time, length, etc.
but that is not the case. I know in my heart that it is time for me
to lock my hair. I plan to lock within the next few months and just
wanted to say hello. My name is Val (Sigrid if you are reading it's
me {waving} Val from YHCP). I have a few questions about the size
options of sisterlocks.
Do any of you ladies have the "large" size sisterlocks? Has anyone
seen them on anyone? If so, what was your reaction? How did they
differ from small or medium? What insights can you share?
I would love to see a picture of the large size. I looked through
the files, but I've not come across any (I don't think) unless
Brotherlocks are considered "large". I want my sisterlocks to hang
and look as close as possible to traditional locks. I am opting for
sisterlocks over traditional locks because I want the size,
uniformity and "twisting not required" that sisterlocks provide....
This is a great forum and Sandy, Devon, Pat & Missy....your websites
are great! Thanks for sharing your experiences.
difference between the two shampoos... Anybody out there know what the
difference?
There are four Sisterlock Shampoos:
1. Starter Shampoo
2. Tea Water Formula - for people with a short curl pattern
3. Salon Formula (balanced at 4.5-5.5 pH) - for people with a medium to
long curl pattern
4. Herbal Shampoo (with Menthol) - recommended for mature locks only

Go CC, you know that commercial about Herbal Essence
Shampoos? Well when you use it you will think of that
commercial as well as Calgon take me away.
The thought that you putting something this healthy in
your hair makes you feel so exhilarating, and then
when your hair dries and your walking outside, the
wind blows you will smell herb tea....ummmmmm I love
this stuff. Sandy thakns for raving about it a few

one question, why the apple cider vinegar???
Any idea anyone...

Devon GNC has a wonderful organic section here in
Illinois (Chicago Loop area)
I buy this shampoo I just love its called:
Tea Tree Oil
Hair and Scalp Therapy
No lauryl/laureth sulfates
No animla testing
No animal by-products
Some Ingredients:
1st ingredient since its the most important in
anything we buy is Witch Hazel Extract
Purified Soft Water
and so on...
Its by Jason Products and I love it, the lather is
minimal so if your looking for lather you won't get it
with this shampoo. I don't like lather 15 yrs ago my
gf had a issues with lather build up in her locs, her
hair got so dry and brittle she cut them all off and
started over.
The shampoo cost 9.49, in some health food stores but
$7.49 in GNC.

Im not into so much maintenance so this is truly a

Once my hair air dried I noticed the testure of it is

I too have a little gray coming in

I've always colored my hair blue black or jet black
just b/c I like the look once the henna dries and my
hair is set after a day or two...hee...hee
My next retighten Im going to ask my consultant is it
ok if she puts a henna in my hair, this time.

What is having locs groomed???? Is it like clipped and

Yo I also want to take the retightening course atthis
time I have no patience to do a head...lol
I am however in like with the idea of being able to
tighten my hair as the days go on....being able to
keep up with my hair and use my consultant for just
that, to get consults on how Im doing with my hair.

Last weekend at the Sisterlocks Conference, Dr. Cornwell described the
difference between the two shampoos. I remember that the regular shampoo
was for one kind of hair, and the tea water shampoo was for a different
kind of hair. But I don't remember the two hair types she was talking
about, and I want to know whether I have the right one.
I think she should have put this stuff on the bottles, but oh well....
Anybody out there know what the difference? Or did anyone who was at the
conference remember what she said about this?

In a message dated 5/4/01 10:14:51 AM Central Daylight Time,
Any of Dr Bronners soaps work great. I'm in love with the almond, but they
have other scents, too. http://www.drbronner.com Just remember to dilute
it. It's pure soap, and can be cut in half to make shampoo shampoo. There
are *many* uses for it. So far I've used it as a shampoo and a bath gel.
Dr. Bronners soap clean your hair very well without stripping it of moisture.
So far I've used Dr. Bronner's soaps and Sisterlocks spray shampoo. I like
them both. I haven't tried any others... yet.

easily!!!
Good for you, Devon. Actually, working on your own head is harder than
working on others, so the consultant training class won't scare you
away. You plan to take the consultant training class at the homecoming,
right? Looking forward to meeting you.
<snipped quote from website
That has to do with consultant training. The retightening class is $75 and
lasts a couple of hours.
It's my understanding (remember I'm not a consultant, so I'm going by what
I've read or heard somewhere) that only the CTA's (certified training
associates) can give retightening classes. I'll let the consultants here
confirm or correct me on that.
-- Sandy
The most sure way is to call up and order it from the home office; and if
you're still using the starter shampoo, do it quickly. You don't want to
run out. I understand that some consultants carry the products, and all
CTA's are supposed to carry the products... but it can vary. That's why I
think the sure way to get them (if your consultant doesn't carry them) is
to order through the home office.
Just remember to leave "full" information on the order line so they can get
back to you. You wouldn't believe how many people don't leave good clear
messages.

Hi,Everyone,
I have been reading all of the emails but have not been participating
for a little while. I have been sisterlocked for about a two 1/2
months now and loving it!! :-)
I have a question though, how do I order the sisterlock shampoo? Do
I call the home office, do I go through my consultant, or do I leave
a message on the order line. I left a message on the order line and
I am not sure if this line is only for consultants and trainee's. I
also left a message for my consultant but she has not returned the
call. She is always very inundated with sisterlock phone calls so I
did not take it personally. It is not an emergency but I definitely
need some more shampoo. Please help!!!
Thanks in advance

I was looking in the archives at emails regarding
retightening classes.
This information is from the website and I need to
know if this is in reference to becoming a consultant
or learning to retighten?
(beginning of website words)
Ongoing Training Opportunities
The Sisterlocks Home Office schedules 3 training
classes per year in San Diego. Our classes have
recently been expanded to 20 hrs. and cover 2 ˝ days.
Registration materials are generally available 6 weeks
to 2 months prior to a given class. Registration fee
is $675.

Also I would like to know do consultants teach you how
to retighten, if so any on this list from Chicago
giving classes.
I cannot get away anytime this year and want to learn.

Yes. There's no oil or anything in it to cause slippage. It's just a
tea. I used it from day one.
That's not a bad idea. You can't be too careful. You must have that good
hair (really kinky) to lock so quickly. Three months is great!
What kind of grooming are you talking about? I had a trim (shaping and
layering) in January... that was 6 months. When I think of 'grooming'
Sisterlocks, I think of snipping the little wisps of hair that stick out
along the length of the lock. I can't answer your question as to how soon
you can have this done. I'm planning to do it when I reach a year.
Last year the training course occured after the Homecoming... so the
students were free to attend the events and then take the training class.
-- Sandy
Can I use this product at 3 months? My consultant just retightened
for me, and says that I only have to band about 2 more washings,
and I can stop, even though that was great news, I think I'll hang in
there a while longer than that. I too have a little gray coming in
around the temple, and I'm okay with it, never got into coloring, so
I figure why start now. My hair is so healthy, I don't have pictures
but I will work on that. Can't wait for the Homecoming, does anyone
know how long you have to have your locks before you can have them
groomed. I wanted to have it done at the Homecoming, or at least
take a course and do it myself when the time comes. I will be taking
the retightening course. I was struggling with which course to take,
the consultant or the retightening, but finances finally made that
choice for me, besides I want to take advantage of all the other
opportunities offered while I'm there, and if you take the training
course I'd be pretty tied up, and it's only a weekend. OOPS didn't
mean to go on and on. Yo(Yolanda)

Hi!
If you are properly caring for your locks, they do not thin out. I
have noticed that as the locks get longer they tend to LOOK thinner.
Sisterlocks are not heavy and there is no build up in the locks hence
no added weight.

a consultant. I'm going to have to decide if I want to take the training at the

Hello Kaylois:
Reverse 3 exists now; however, it did not exist when I took the
Consultants course a few years ago. Ask your consultant when she took
the consultant course and if and when she took a refresher course. She
might want to contact Joanne if it has been awhile to learn about the
latest techniques. In addition, ask her how she classifies your hair
according to Sisterlock classification terms. Do you have a smooth or
rough cuticle? What is your curl pattern, for example. Does she use
and/or sell Sisterlock products? These are just some of the signs that
someone is supporting the Sisterlocks methodology but note, it does not
imply competence or lack of competence.
Cheers,
Angel

I am able to put up the pics. Ya'll know how I was freakin' out about parts,
well chile, that wasn't even a prob w/ this mound of hair that I have, it's
really thick & full in the back!! The only prob is the front, near the
temples, which is thin:( I set my hair on perm rods, so it's curly, but other
than that, I haven't done much b/c some spots in my scalp are still tender,
so I haven't done too much. But I can't wait till I am able to do more with

He said a consultant told him grey hairs don't loc. I advised him to
see another consultant..Anyone here have grey hair? Heck I wish I
did, I doubt I ever get any my mom still has all balck hair or light
browns in sections.
It was about 2 hours. That's plenty of time, considering they aren't
teaching you everything -- just enough to enable you to manage your own hair.
I thought about it in the beginning. But doing hair really isn't my

SL - 9 months
Hey all,
I've been mostly hanging back in the shadows, reading
all of your posts and doing my homework. I recently
made contact with a few consultants and will be going
to meet with them and see their work. In the mean
time I had a question.
One of the consultants I spoke with told me that the
locks thin out or get smaller with time due to the
weight of the hair. Please correct me if I am wrong,
but I thought weight lengthens not thins and the locks
would increase in size as they matured.
I am glad that there are consultants in my state, I
didn't think there would be any, however I hope there
is a good one here.
A few weeks ago, I took 25 of my students on a science camping trip. We
were gone for 5 days. It was REAL camping. We slept in sleeping bags on
the ice cold ground. We had tents but it was so cold, we had ice inside
each morning when we awoke. Despite the cold it was a great trip.
Studied eco-systems, adaptations, astronomy. Learned to identify trees,
shrubs, fungi, etc. Discussed flora and fauna. Did lots of hiking, rock
climbing, high ropes and belaying, canoeing, and white water rafting.
There were no bathrooms, only outhouses (stinky). The nearest shower was
a 15 minute hike away. It was too cold to shower more than once because
no wanted to freezed to death on the hike back to camp after the shower.
So we had only one shower the whole week. The shower consisted of a
large room with 12 shower heads. That's it. No mirrors anywhere. I had
no idea what I was looinking like. Despite that, we all had a great
time. Last week we had a picture party after school. I hadn't developed
my film yet, so I was absolutely amazed to see myself on my students'
pictures. I looked GOOD. My hair was great. I can't believe it. All I
did each morning was shake my hair and run my fingers through it. I was
grinning ear-to-ear after viewing those photos. I'll have to share one
after I get my film developed. Sorry, didn't take the digital camera on
that trip.
It's taken me a while to catch up on all of the messages from the group.
Lots of pictures have been uploaded. All beautiful. Sandy, I'm sorry
that your pictures didn't come out. I'm glad you've let it go and not
let it consume you. It's great you all had a chance to meet JoAnne
Cornwell. She's a special lady. Very friendly, supportive, and
intelligent. Sandy, did you get a chance to let her know how much you'd
love to tighten up her website? I'm happy to be a part of this group.
You all give great advice to one another, and are sooo supportive. Glad
to be back.

called "A Happy Nappy Hair Day" in Dallas. If you ever get a chance
to go to one GO! It was a fantastic mix of gossip, stories, music,
and hair care. Absolutel empowering!
I was scheduled to go to this event, but a client called me at the
last minute and needed some help (I live in Dallas). But, I'm
definitely going to the Public Nappy Hair Day scheduled here in
Dallas on May 19th... that should be "da bomb!"
That is what I've been using since I've had my SL's. I spritz mine
lightly every day (I only shampoo my hair the night before my
retightening) and I've never had dry, itchy scalp. Plus, when you've
started with all natural hair (I, too, started with 5-6 inches of
natural, nappy hair), the spritz helps your ends curl up nicely.
I have my first retightening after four weeks. Since I did not have
any slippage, then my retightenings are scheduled for six weeks.
Yes, you should braid & band. The braiding them really helps to
protect them, I think, and it seems to help "anchor" them sorta so
they are not disturbed when you're "washing" them. What I do, and
this seems to help prevent slippage from shampooing, is I put my
starter shampoo in a spray bottle and then spray my scalp and the
bundled SL's. Then, rather than rub my hair/scalp in one direction,
I simply "press" the shampoo into the bundles and my scalp. Your
hair gets clean and you don't disturb the SL's. :-)

Dear Sandy,
Forward me a mailing address and I'll send you a catalog. There are
several different types of hair ornaments to choose from with and
without stones.
Deb
Yes, that is a very pretty picture.
It's like those ads for relaxers where they have a picture of a do
and its circled and you see the words "I want to have hair like that."
Well, I could circle CCs photo and write those words.
"I want hair like that!"
I really like mine though. My perm is about all gone except the very
top. The gray is bothering me. I am getting up the nerve to color
it soon. My hair has been doing so well I am afraid to mess things
up. I am thinking of maybe going to Amazon and getting it done
professionally.
Carol
Deb, since I didn't get into the vendors room to buy your stuff, I'm
sending my order right now. I want 2 hair ornaments... hopefully the
clip-on kind. I'm partial to stones if you have them. And I don't like
them real big or long.
Just let me know how much and I'll send you a payment via PayPal.
