Wow Eloris hair looks great Kim....
Wow! Her hair is SO pretty! Kim you do such good work!
-- Sandy (wondering if my hair will ever look that good)
Kim,
Your client's, Eloris, hair is beautiful. Did you start her Sisterlocks?
How much hair did she have when she began her SL Journey?
I remember when I began my journey, seven months ago, that I used to sit
back and view the pictures and conversations of those six months and older.
Well, the last six months flew by for me and now I'm on the other side of
six months. Now, I'm looking at those 12, 24, 36 months and older and I
just can't wait to see what my hair will look and feel like at that time.
Thanks for sharing, Kim!

Thanks for the information. I don't have flake just the itching. I'll try
the SeaBreeze, I think I have some in my hair closet....you know the one with
all the hair potions and lotions...LOL!!! That reminds me I need to box up
all my oils and give them to my sister...she's all natural but SL'd.
Deb,
Did you mean one of us or anybody? I posted a pic of one of my clients
who has 5-year old Sisterlocks. There in Kim's Folder in the Pictures
folder.

I live in NJ, and work less than 10 miles from the city. I saw most of the
disaster from my office window. Words cannot describe the destruction. I
refuse to watch it on TV, as I will forever have that horrible vision in my
mind. Luckily, no one I know here or in DC were hurt, Thank God. Keep the
prayers coming, and thanks for the thoughts.

What worked best for me was the Tea Tree oil in Aloe Vera juice. I tried
Tea Tree oil in water and it just didn't do the job.
Aloe Vera juice is a good soother of skin ailments and Tea Tree oil has
anti-bacterial properties. I hope this helps you out!

My scalp is itching like crazy! I read the archives, so I know about
the ACV rinse. My question is does anyone know of any other remedy I
can use on my 3 day old locks. I really don't like the smell of the
ACV. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for your prayers Kaylois.
Thankfully, me and my family are fine, and not everybody is.
My husband was supposed to fly home yesterday from OH.
Instead he had to rent a car and drive; not an easy task between the military
check points and the road closures into the city.
He made it home late list night in a little over 10 hours.
At our exit off the highway the police and military were checking ID's.
If you didn't live in the area, you were turned away.
Part of the problem is we live so close to both major airports, Kennedy and
LaGuardia. Thankfully, we are all together.
Appreciating all the prayers you can give, and including you all in ours,
Leighann
